Mission Hill Coffee House in La Pointe

Only coffee shop on the Island but with high quality and super reasonable prices. The wait is long during peak hours but worth it, plus you are on Island time so no need to hurry along. The atmosphere is okay and the place is a little bit messy.

The $4.25 coffee was not good. The place was not clean. In the cooler at the front check out there was a basket of cucumbers that had more than 2 days of mold on them.

There was no staff to help us so we ended up standing there for a few minutes while the line behind us grew. Ended up just leaving without getting coffee or any staff to help us. Just go get coffee at the supermarket.

Place is really hot, but had great food and great service the ham sandwich was actually amazing. I would go here just stay far away from the farmhouse cafe.

Most delicious breakfast Sammy in the world! The ham is so tender the eggs are cooked to perfection and don't even get me started on the square cresant roll! 😍😍😍

Coffee and breakfast sandwiches were okay, but the place is a mess. Random stuff everywhere. There are three tables to sit at inside, but one had huge boxes on the chairs. I imagine the person at the counter could see we were trying to figure out where to sit and said nothing. Another table opened up, half the bench had a container of laundry detergent on it? Really odd, no ambience.

I had the coffee and ice cream drink they serve here and I’ve been wanting to recreate it ever since because I thought it was the best drink I’ve ever had.

I didn't bother ordering anything. Place seemed messy and didn't like the smell and atmosphere

I believe Marie is the only coffee place on the island open year round. Either way, she and her staff are always very kind and the coffee is always really good. A latte with some of the honey on the counter is one of my favorite things to have while I sit out front of the shop and look at the lake and our version of a town square.

Great sandwiches and nice service staff.It’s kind of small and only has four dining tables—two of which were covered in they apparently couldn’t find shelf space for.The remaining two tables were usually taken, even on a slow day. If they would just clear off their other two tables, the dining area would be more welcoming and less cluttered.
